      Pros

      Low pressure, I went weeks without talking to my supervisors. They are pretty flexible with the workday hours, as long as you are meeting your numbers. Training can be excellent your superiors (Taty!) see potential in you & want to invest the time in you. Excellent start to your career, excellent resume builder, most co-workers are very pleasant.

      Cons

      Seniority is valued over efficiency.

      Benefits are great, 401k matching & co-workers.

      Cons

      Laid off due to Hagemeyer-company merging with IDG, with no notice whatsoever. Management doesn't really care even if you have a family to provide for.
