Hasta cierto punto hay buenas oportunidades de crecimiento y aprendizaje. Buen sueldo y prestaciones.

Cons

Muy malas instalaciones en los sitios y exceso de carga de trabajo. RH no apoya de forma óptima con el reclutamiento para evitar rotaciones. Mala capacitación. El difundir al personal la cultura y procesos por medio de vídeos es cargante, antipedagógico. Sería una muy buena empresa sino buscaran reducir costos dando de baja al personal de forma injustificada y otorgando todas esas actividades a otros miembros del equipo.

Great company to work for, if your position isn't cut.

Pros

They equipped me with safety and work apparel immediately, when I started the job. It definitely made doing deliveries in the extreme cold, winter weather, much easier and safer.

Cons

The company decided that they were not going to have a delivery driver, and cut my position the day before my 3-month probationary period was complete, and my benefits were about to kick in.
