Lots of great hands on training Managers are extremely and friendly Office environment is inviting and calm

Cons

Huge workload due to short staffing and high volume. Terrible work life balance while working from home Salary is low compared to similar jobs in the industry. No room to grow with the company.

Low pay, few opportunities to move up

Pros

Flexible work from home since pandemic, good team for the most part, good benefits with the exception of vacation and maternity...those could be seriously improved

Cons

Low pay, inconsistent raises, few opportunities for career advancement even though company acts like this is a huge priority for them it seems like only lateral moves are available for the majority of employees, favoritism, poor communication between departments, a lot of "that's not my job" attitude, good managers leaving creating low moral

Very nice work atmostphere. Very competitive salaries, flexible work schedules and wonderful benefits.

Have to make manual decisions as software is not the most cooperative.
