Pros

I am able to operate independently and I like that. I appreciate that my Boss has done, & is doing my job, so he understands what I'm trying to accomplish.

Cons

The professional conference call higher ups, have no idea what's really going on, or what's really important at the customer level. I spent 25 years of my adult life working for this company. The most the company could send me as recognition, was a generic, unsigned e-mail asking me to post my thoughts on this platform.

Working here shows you how much you can really handle. Sometimes the hours are good.

Cons

The pay that you get is not worth the amount of responsibilities that you are required to complete. Management is full of themselves even though they are incompetent and very often take credit for all the managerial duties that they require you to do.

You have the ability to work from home.

Cons

Haven't had a pay increase in 5 years, in that same 5 years, the cost of living has gone up 23.5% Employees can't survive on what they are paid. The harder you work, the more work and responsibility you are given. They don't pay overtime, so in order to keep up, you have to work off the clock.
