Layoffs are never an easy decision to make and not something we take lightly at Vallen. We are continuously working on improving our communication across our entire company with bi-weekly newsletters, leader communications, videos, and quarterly town hall meetings. Our goal is to keep our associates up to date and informed about all aspects of the company.
