So often, people only take the time to point out things they are not happy with. I really appreciate you taking the time to make this shout out. Everything in life is a work in progress, and we are working harder and harder at having a wonderful culture here. Mikey

Pros

Office was decent, they have slide if you are into that kind of thing.

Cons

Micromanagement by the owners. They hemorrhage money bc they are so greedy to loose a sale to a competitor even if they make zero margin.

You did not work in our PM department. Even though you have started under false pretenses, I will still respond since I believe it is always courteous to do so. First, and most important to point out, greed would be overcharging our clients. Greed is not working for 0 margin, as you mention. I think that might be the opposite of greed actually. For future reviews of other companies, I would suggest thinking through wording and accusations a bit more. I am not trying to be rude in this, I am giving constructive criticism that may help in other situations as well. You also spelled lose incorrectly, which you did when you were here also. It is only 1 O not 2. Again, not trying to be rude, but I do want to give friendly suggestions. We have been in business for almost 50 years successfully. I believe in our team with every part of my being, and that team controls costs and margins autonomously without my major input. Our team absolutely does what is best for our clients while keeping a business acumen at the same time. No, they do not work on 0 margin. You mention that our office is "decent". While I appreciate that, I do want to say that we proudly provide our team with an average of 30 paid days off annually, 75% company paid single health insurance (50% family), free onsite gym, 401(k) matching contributions, flex time, LEED facility and more. I am "into those kind of things", and again, do not feel greedy when it comes to any of them. No matter what you wrote, I do hope you find what you are looking for in your next position. I truly do. Nothing in life is easy, and you have to be willing to work hard for what you want, and ensure to keep your care and compassion for others along the way. I believe there is a way for everyone to find happiness and I always wish the best for others, yourself included. Mikey
