there are some processes and ways to do the things are unclear, but the company is working on that.

Pros

Company culture, flexibility, recognition, creativity, encouragement from managers, friends, accommodating, updated and technology friendly environment, Google-like campus.

Cons

Only location is in South Florida. For some people aspiring to move out of state one day it might be tough to work remotely. With the acception of a handful of people it’s mostly account managers who work remotely based on their territories.

Pros

The people and culture here make each day worth coming in and allow for a lot to look forward to. There is so much collaboration, freedom from the leaders, empowerment, and lots of growth & opportunities. The team dynamics are incredible and it's a place that allows you to shine for your hard work. Each day brings something new and exciting. The company allows a ton of fun and flexibility.

Cons

You must wear many, many hats. The roles and responsibilities aren't quite defined so it can be difficult to understand your success. The pace is extremely fast, hospitality is ever changing (rapidly) and the job never ends. We are growing very, very quick. Wish we could be more flexible in working from home.
