Pros

This is a truly wonderful company. The facilities are amazing and the people even more so. I genuinely enjoyed what I did and the people I worked with. They cherish culture and work hard to ensure their employees are happy and feel appreciated. They have managed to find that perfect balance between work and fun!

Cons

There is a LOT to learn off the bat. If you aren't willing to come in and give it 100%, you'll have a difficult time keeping up. However, if you are willing to try, they will give you the tools you need to succeed !

Everyone you work with is friendly and have a sense of family that you normally don't get in a big company environment and are investing in its employees.

Cons

Needs better direction and miss communication between different segments of the company. Employee retention still a problem but improving.
