Over worked, long hours, impossibly high expectations with a constantly moving, not communicated goal. Some patients whom needed a higher level of care were kept longer than was healthy due to needed quoted number to be met. Leadership isn't leading anything they merely manage covenant chaos.

Extreme micromanagement, mismanaged at every level, inadequate training, very high turnover, extremely poor response to COVID-19. Where do I start. This company opted to have employees who have demonstrated they were capable of performing their jobs from home, work in the office, risking their health and safety, and that of their families, so they could micromanage them better. They have repeatedly ignored CDC protocols, trying to make covid positive and covid exposed employees come back to work. Management does not treat subordinates as adults.
