      Pros

      If you're lucky, and you get a good boss, you might get paid what you are worth.

      Cons

      Upper management at the VP level is very unethical. I have been lied to by two separate VP's. One VP from the EIP group is an absolute pathological liar and very unethical, extremely unprofessional should be at the VP level! The company frequently chases great talent right out the door. I have witnessed this many times and have experienced it myself. Also, there is no work/life balance in management.

      training is ok, use their training to move on

      Cons

      Good old boy mentality, they act like little children then men. Alot of gossiping. Back stabbing. If they do not like you they will find a way to get rid of you, They made up a reason to fire a guy . They hire their friends for upper management.

      Pros

      You can get lots of hours of overtime. And get pizza for your hard efforts.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime 60+ hours a week. Management doesn't know what's going on. Employees treated like they don't matter. Never hear the work thank you.
