      Pros

      If you have a good Manager and can work with top team members, the culture is very good. If you join when they are in desperate need of someone like you, salary will go up a lot.

      Cons

      Credibility is gone. As other reviewer have said, not what it used to be at all. Resource management is poor, people hired and let go all the time. Favoritism is a big deal and lack of leadership became sad to see. Company keeps poor management and pretends it's ok...

      Separate US Divisions Need Integration

      Pros

      Talented team members - though many of the best are leaving.

      Cons

      Valtech US is run like two or three different companies without much interaction. For some divisions there is no work at all and for others, business is booming. Some strong talent is leaving, some by choice and others by termination/layoff.

      Depressing place to work; complete lack of creativity and energy

      Pros

      A place to chill and work on your resume as you find your next gig--the work has dried up so you'll have plenty of time.

      Cons

      Stuck in the 90s; absent HR and very poor communication from top leadership. Top people are leaving rapidly and it has been on death watch for three or four years now. It's not a digital agency and it's not a cutting edge IT shop--so what's the point here? Complete lack of energy at the workplace.
