Pros

Largely recognized employer, opportunities for changing department and/or advancement.

Cons

Employees have to pay for parking. In one department, a mother, son and aunt all work together. Little HR oversight on departments and third party complaints do nothing.

Pros

Flexible schedule working 3 12hr shifts per week with the opportunity for overtime and incentive pay when staffing is real low. Good work/life balance with so many days off per week. Never take work home and typically don't work with the same clients each day - new challenges and tasks every day. Fast paced environment. Good benefits. Annual raises

Cons

No room for professional growth No merit raises - people who do the bare minimum will likely make more than you do
