Pros

Good people potshots of work. As long as you leave work at the door it's not a bad place to work.

Cons

Too little pay for too much work. Expectations are high but training is hard to get thanks to limited in-person classes.

Big salary discrepancies, even within same department. Best to negotiate individually then to base on company salary grade.
