Regular opportunities to learn and expand skillset. Good people and good teams. Full Benefits.

Cons

Infrequent opportunity for wage increases. Increase in responsibility does not mean increased wages. Inconsistent training and accountability. Expectations are not always practical. Poor capacity planning.
