Pros

If you're not on the phones taking customer calls, it is amazing: Low stress Good benefits Tenure is generally rewarded: 50% increase in yearly bonus payout after 6+ years, 401k vests fully, PTO days increase gradually. If you were on the phones like I was, try to switch to non-phone role, even if it is a lateral move.

Cons

If you're on the phones, lots of improvement is needed. Back to back calls. Phone crew are constantly transferring calls to incorrect departments. Turnover machine due to stress/stringent metrics. You'll be considered tenured after only a few months.
