Great 401k match. Terrible merit increases and hard to advance

401k match 14% and yearly bonus is usually more than 3 grand after taxes for even the lowest level employee

Cons

It is hard to move up and the merit increases are laughable. Gave me a 400 dollar increase after my first years. Most I’ve gotten increase in a year has been 1500
