-Great Medical, Dental, Vision, and plenty of corporate discounts -Professional structured finance company -generous PTO compensation 16 days upfront. -benefits start the first day you work

Cons

Lack of quality training Lack of praise for hard workers Starting to Micromanage people Lack of listening to employees as to how broken windows can be fixed (as if they hear you but fail to execute) Trying to manage people out of the company Hard to switch departments if you are not meeing productivity or quality expectations that are relatively impossible to obtain

Cons
