Pros

If you want to work in the service industry this is the place to start your career. You have excellent training, and a wealth of opportunity. This company knows how to manage customer relationships and provides the environment to grow.

Cons

Quite simply, they underpay. The salary for this position after 10 years of strong reviews equates to three to five years of experience in other companies.
