Pros

They really do invest in their employees. They have a great intranet, and their e-learnings are solid. They encourage a work-life balance, which is rare in this industry.

Cons

They are a little bit slow to adapt to new technologies. Also, the work environment is a little stiff - people need to have more fun. Lighten up a little

Pros

The team environment is very supportive and communicates well amongst each other. Working towards a single goal also provides a sense of unity and satisfaction.

Cons

When a change is implemented, sometimes communication is not clear between various state offices on what the new proper operating procedure actually is.
