It's a complete grind. Turnover was astounding and that was the main reason I left. Management is so fixated on the numbers, and they really don't care if you decide to leave or not. You're just a number to them so don't feel like you're tied to the company. Look out for yourself and if it starts to become too much, don't feel like a failure if you go to another job. The average person lasts 1 to 2 years. Promotion is almost non-existent. Get the experience and then leave for a better company.

Hybrid model. The large initiatives can suffer from siloed and unstandardized practices. Different areas of the company operate like separate businesses, though this is just starting to improve. Still figuring out career tracks for individual contributors to hit highest levels.
