Pros

Buckley is gone and hopefully someone who cares about the employees steps up.

Cons

Micro managed, feels like you’re in a highschool toxic relationship. No movement people who “soft quit” doing as little as possible in your role while networking being elevated over hard workers. Don’t listen to this being a worth while job anymore. 43k base pay with a 4K bonus as a processing associate. Over 2 years and lack of movement due to “people staying in jobs longer than expected”. If you’re apart of foundational operations the worst thing you can do is agree to go to legals and redemptions. You will be gaslighted, marginalized and feel belittled on a daily basis. It has gotten so bad our management wants to see us at our desk 80% of the time. Even while on campus GOD forbid I’m in a breakout room or working on a balcony ON CAMPUS because management patrols and goes on feelings instead of actually working. Focus on the work and less about things that don’t matter.

Pros

* Decent pay (reliant on yearly bonus which can vary) * Remote Work (which they are trying to scale back) * Crew onboarding process * Benefits

Cons

* Uneven Workload (System assigned me back-to-back calls, while others had 15 minutes between calls, was never addressed after repeatedly raising the issue) * Movement/promotion within company EXTREMELY dependent on what management is looking for * Will not give any consideration to unique circumstances beyond policy (let go for amount of mishandled calls, which relative to when the calls came in were within the expected amount for taking an average of 250 calls weekly, but due to clients reporting some calls up to 5 months after they occurred calls from July 2023 to May 2024 were considered to be within a 6 month period of each other which lead to my termination. Repeatedly brought up the impact that the time it took calls to be reported and how it didn't accurately represent my performance, was ignored and let go)
