Pros

Good benefits and career / salary potential

Cons

Please read the intellectual property agreement very carefully. If signed, the agreement I was given basically would have given Vanguard perpetual rights to any current or future invention / innovation I discovered if Vanguard ever so happened to pursue a similar business venture beyond the scope of financial services. Pros

Good benefits Good HR system Good PTO Gets you licensed Most direct team leaders are awesome. The further removed from the phones, the further out of touch.

Cons

Micromanaging No autonomy Underpayed compared to industry. Biggest problem is if you’re a high performer they want to keep you where you are. Multiple people that would get successful or distinct would lose out on roles unless they choose another phone role. Bad employees however? Constantly would fail upwards.
