Varite has an amazing work culture. It is a great workplace for a self motivated, creative, target driven individual. Believes in open culture, clear and transparent communication. Competitive pay and benefits and, continuous learning environment.

Cons

Can inculcate more team building and fun activities in workplace.

Pros

1. Work with challenging and learning opportunities. 2. Open door policy for any kind of concern with any person from team to management. 3. Chance to work with few most talented people in this industry (if they are still existing at Varite) 4. McDonald on the same floor :-)

Cons

Work life at Varite is very insecure, unstable and full of work pressure. Running it's business with Hire & Fire policy. Worst building to work at (Gurgaon). Good to work for freshers but not for experienced.

Office infrastructure- though now we have a better office as compared to earlier
