Quick-paced startup company with great potential for individual progress (if you've got what it takes)
Pros
— Great technology and possibility to participate in building new pieces of tech from the ground up. — Relatively relaxed atmosphere: you can control your own pressure, but the great freedom comes with a great responsibility. — Compensation and benefits package are comparable to only very few companies in Finland. — Provides a lot of opportunity for professional and career growth.
Cons
— In the beginning of pandemic COVID has hit the company pretty hard resulting in plenty of stuff being laid off, which deteriorated the morals quite significantly. — As often happens in startups, work direction may change rather quickly and one may end up working on something that has to be done "yesterday" and not necessarily directly related to the area of competence or the formal title of the role. — The work pace is sometimes rather exhaustive (but if you've got what it takes the outcome is very rewarding)
