Pros
Most of the people that work here are great. You'll probably even make some life long friends here.
Cons
Greedy greedy greedy. They'll hold quarterly meetings to tell you how many millions we made and then tell you to reduce your use of shop supplies to save money. They pay is terrible, the benefits are highway robbery if you're trying to support a family. They'll even close the plant for two weeks and tell you to use vacation if you want to get paid! If you don't have enough time, oh well! Thinking of going back to school? Don't bother with their "tuition reimbursement program" you'll just be ignored anyway. They're constantly tripping over dollars to pick up pennies. They use garbage computer software and antique equipment. I'm surprised they don't make us bring our own safety glasses and ear plugs.
