      Pros

      Vector has decent work benefits for employees. I did not take part in them for personal reasons, but other employees praised the benefit program highly.

      Cons

      There is a large amount of tone-deafness when it comes to problems faced by employees dealing directly with customers. Solutions are not put in place for problems that persist.

      Human Resources/Accounts Payable employee is unfair and has others do her work. She is often late and will blame her mistakes on those who report to her. Very unprofessional and while Ms. Demao holds her current position there is no room for advancement. While when is in charge of employee reviews you can heat her laugh at certain employees while speaking with her friends. Completely unprofessional
