Besides the services areas bring way to big for clearly being understaffed and a inhuman on call schedule the organization only cares about the top. All they seem to care about are their huge paychecks and the image they portray. The branches are even more unorganized and honestly do more harm for technicians. Pay is based off Licenses and Certs over experience. A lot of good techs under paid just because of a missing cert. everything is personal so be careful. I think the best/worst is when they promote mental health awareness but do nothing to help. In fact they actively burn out people because we all have to wear many hats because you know “we are like family “
