Pros

Not many pros in 2025. I guess a pro is if you’re good you can do whatever you want. As long as you are putting up numbers managers will leave you alone. New managers take a while to “train” to leave you alone but if you complain enough they either leave or give in.

Cons

Many changes to pay have a lot of us in Sales leaving. A lot of new rules, horrible commission. I will loose a lot of money by staying.

In January 2025, we introduced a new sales compensation plan which drives sales and allows our sales team members to financially control their income through new residential and commercial sales. Whatever you sell, your income is unlimited as long as you are driving new sales and providing the customer service experience our current and future customers come to expect.
