Poor management. Forced to work overtime to compensate for poor quality service. Poor judgement. Hostile work environment. Tenured employees have all quit and all employees are new. Poor training. Poor hiring strategy. Misjudgment upon new employees. All teams argue with each other over not completing work. Management is never available. Hostile, toxic work environment, don’t take anyone’s seat or else you will be reprimanded.

Lack of diversity in leadership ( look at the website. not a person of color in leadership) . No opportunity especially for minority’s to move into leadership. As a young AA professional no role models
