Favoritism, Work-Life balance challenges, Routine Monotony, Lack of Autonomy, Limited Career Growth(Unless your a favorite). Health implications(sitting) Stress and Pressure; attempting to always reach unobtainable goals set in place by upper management. Department is unable to adapt to change in a timely manner.

Pay isn’t as competitive as it should be Lack of communication between certain departments in the branches that make the work harder than it has to be

Currently, we have been focusing on making improvements, and we are going through a business transformation which includes the implementation of a better system for our teammates to use that will create efficiencies and also enhance the way we do business across branches and the entire organization.
