Pros

Only Pro about this company is its work from home

Cons

Lack of communication between supervisors Company also will invade your privacy by requiring a 360 view of your workspace, not just a picture of your workspace. They want a 360 view of your workspace and if you can't make it to work due to being sick you have to call the supervisor on duty to let them know 2 hours prior to your shift but here's the catch. Majority of them do not answer their phones and they don't accept voicemails or text messages. So literally you're laying in bed sick. You have to keep calling them until they answer there is a heck lot of micromanaging with customer service literally you have to put into the break and lunch chat when you're going on your scheduled break or lunch and when you come back you also got to let them know when you're going to the bathroom or getting water and if you are on closing shift. Good luck getting help because during my time there we had no closing shift supervisor and only two other agents And when you needed help no one in the chat during the closing shift would respond you literally have to sit there and struggle to figure it out yourself or try to reach out to the only other department that's opened after 5:00 p.m. which is technical support so don't expect any help from the customer service chat if you are on a closing shift because either you will not get a response or you will get a response 30 minutes later when you're already off the call The pay is decent. Not great for the amount of processes you have to do. You're not working with just one system you're working with about four different systems to access the customer's information so the pay doesn't match up to the work you're doing

Thank you for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor. While we hope that all reviews are favorable, sometimes they are not. In this case, we wish you would have left a little bit more detail so we could respond more appropriately. As for "toxic dishonest mean rude culture", we are sorry you felt that way. If you read these reviews, the majority praise us for our wonderful culture and teammates. Again, if you would have mentioned why or what branch/locations, we could have answered this in greater detail. If you have any issues, you should talk with your manager and/or HR Business Partner. Good luck to you in your future!

Pros

Immediate coworkers are nice. Catered food. Work from home* - have to have reasons or look at cons.

Cons

Management favoritism is rampant* - work from home, rule breaking, etc are all monitored but ignored if you are favored. Account coordinators and managers are a mix bag of literal maliciously incompetence or really good. Everything is monitored and you can't do or go anywhere without micromanaging. The second you are on site someone in higher management is watching and likely looking at the time. While many techs are decent or excellent, there are a good amount of bad techs and you will need to hand hold for upwards of 3 hours or more. Be prepared to also have to simultaneously answer management, PMs, PCs, and more for every minute past a certain point. Some bad techs will verbally abuse you and you can't do much about it. Don't bother trying to be friends with other departments. You will find it's all clique. Don't expect recognition, you will never be rewarded for a good job and will infact likely be told to do more or work harder. Do not expect a good raise. Even worse when unfavored. Do not expect to go on lunch at the time you are given, nor expect to leave on time. Outside of your immediate team, expect that you are going to have to solve issues with potentially solving issues you are neither equipped to deal with or paid fairly for figuring out/recognized for your hard work. Expect to stay at your position. There is no guarantee of career progression. Progression requires management backing and can still backfire due to company hiring higher positions from outside rather than internal. HR is non-existent and could even be looked at as hostile depending on how you see it. Your work is never done, and must treat this like a glorified retail job. You must hit quotas that become more difficult to achieve as time progresses and when you are done, you are once more expected to do more than needed.
