      Pros

      They actually give a damn about there employees and you are not just a number to them. Provide you with whatever tool you need uniforms are professional all around great work environment. Pay is very good.

      Cons

      Have to wait 60 days to get health care. Thanks to the wonderful world of no vehicles they can’t get any company vehicles.

      Pros

      Management is helpful and within your direct management they understand the stress. Lots of OT (some forced). Rotating weekends off.

      Cons

      Constant burnout due to lack of staff. New personnel come in making exponentially more and are provided sign on bonuses since they can't hire anyone. Shifts are long (12 hours). Hard to change your scheduled shift. They also changed job description to fit their narrative. Promised one thing but got another.
