Timely pay check. Coworkers are friendly.

Cons

Sr. Management lives in an ivory tower and is very disconnected from their employees. Management makes blind decisions based on hearsay. Lack of progressive training.

Equal opportunity employer. Willingness to trust anyone for input. Trying to keep up with the pace of technology albeit very slow.

Cons

Rarely takes the input from employees and uses it. Does not invest in talent, both current and potential. Very cheap company when giving raises.

Departments do not work well with one another. Installation team has many unprofessional tendencies. It's hard to build relationships with your customers when install and service ticks them all off.
