Has become a horrible company

Pros

At this point in time, there is nothing to say as being a pro for the company. This is no longer applicable.

Cons

Upper management does not value input of their employees. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. Only concerned with their shareholders pocketbook. For health insurance that used to be good and was taken away for a lower quality insurance. Reduction in disability time which was cut in half. Management is totally disconnected from the notion that happy employees do a good job and have good production. Annual increases don't even amount to half of cost-of-living increases. Your raise increases are dictated by a person who doesn't even know you and a different branch office. This company has really fallen to a bad place in the past 10 years

A lot is expected for very little.

Pros

Your peers are very nice and helpful. The company tries hard to boost morale through food-based incentives (to make up for a lack of monetary compensation).

Cons

The management does not inspire confidence and blame is often shifted. There is little personal accountability with little room for growth. Tenure is rewarded even if your performance does not merit it.

Pros

Nothing that I can think of...

Cons

Pretty much everything the one reviewer said. I guess nothing has changed at all since I left in 2010. I was there almost 6 years. I was a supervisor that treated employess fairly. Management did not like that one bit. The other supervisors and managers were too involved with their 'titles' and email signatures to run anything right.
