      Good to start, then took a turn for the bad.

      Pros

      It was a great company to start with, nice hours, nice pay.

      Cons

      A shift in management came, and everything went down hill. We had sales guys ride around us during our service calls, making it awkward for the customer as I am trying to fix something, the salesman is bothering the customer. Then being micromanaged, and everything you did correctly for 6 years was now incorrect. You correct the action and then nitpick something else. Just stay away from this company.
