Pros

Nothing that I can think of...

Cons

Pretty much everything the one reviewer said. I guess nothing has changed at all since I left in 2010. I was there almost 6 years. I was a supervisor that treated employess fairly. Management did not like that one bit. The other supervisors and managers were too involved with their 'titles' and email signatures to run anything right.

Pros

Steady pay check and on time pay.

Cons

Management never listened to employees. They would constantly change rules to fit their own needs even if it meant making it harder on the employee. The supervisors played favorites. During down time employees are not allowed to read or do anything. You just have to sit at your desk in front of the computer for twelve hour shifts. The have on call shifts. When I got hired I was told it rarely happens but that was a fat lie. I got an on call shift once every month to month and a half. With on call shifts they call you two hours before you are supposed to work and inform you that you have to come in. You on call shift last a whole week. So it is impossible to plan anything. There is no room for advancement at this company. The health benefits were atrocious. They have a high turn over rate and thus always have overtime. People call off all the time.

Pros

- Decent pay for no experience - Company is greatly expanding - Earn benefits quickly - Management is very easy to talk to

Cons

- High turnover rate (not enough employees to handle work efficiently) - Hours are not flexible - When changing hours or moving to part-time, it can be a long process - On-call weeks regularly and as a consequence - Pay is low for amount and type of work being done
