Vector is known for its world-class customer service and mission to provide industry-focused solutions, which is why the company was able to successfully navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, support and increase our customer base, and significantly grow our team. It’s true that Vector has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and continues to take steps to simplify, streamline, and improve our operations across the company, including those in our Sales department. Our annual National Sales Meeting is an opportunity for our Sales team members to come together to review the previous year and recognize Sales winners, share insights with one another, learn about new and updated Vector products and offerings, and set goals for the coming year. Every effort is made to offer ongoing training and development for our Sales team members and managers to ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
