Pros

- Work life balance, people come in at 10 and leave at 4. - You aren't expected to do much and can get away with 2+ hour long lunches and nobody will notice

Cons

- Management doesn't hold anyone accountable - Management doesn't address any of the major issues with the company - Pay is mediocre for the industry - Owner is checked out and doesn't seem invested in how the company performs - Constant re-orgs, I've had a number of managers in a short amount of time

Immigration processes suck

Pros

Nice, respectful and friendly co-workers, relaxed culture and meaningful work. People working here genuinely try to follow best practices and are proud of their work.

Cons

The immigration processes are badly managed. I would not recommend it for foreign nationals with work visas. Better legal support is needed.

We appreciate your insight regarding the immigration process and apologize that it feels “badly managed”. The current administration has made decisions regarding immigration that have resulted in increased strain on our internal resources as well as our legal support. People’s responsibilities aren’t completely mapped out. So things slip through the cracks. I think more money into advertising would go a long way
