Great people and culture. A big focus on employee engagement and belonging groups. Remote first culture. Flexibility with your schedule. Work life balance is a priority. Managers who care about you and your wellbeing As the product is changing, its an exciting time to be at VelocityEHS. There is a lot of opportunity for collaboration and innovation.

Cons

Working in a remote environment, its easy to feel isolated. Depending on your team, you may be more or less involved in the overall company culture. In a phase of rapid change. Feels like a whirlwind where our work is changing daily. Recent layoffs have created a feeling of uncertainty. Layoffs are unfortunately becoming the new norm in the corporate landscape.

Talented and passionate colleagues who genuinely care about their work. Opportunities to work on interesting projects.

Cons

Leadership was completely gutted and replaced with new executives, resulting in major shifts in priorities and culture. There’s little to no concern for work-life balance. Everything is treated as urgent, with unrealistic timelines and constant pressure. Pay has never been competitive, especially considering the demands of the job. Raises and promotions are rare and not tied to performance in a meaningful way.
