Pros
As many of the positive reviews here say, it is a good position for college grads that are money motivated. Fun atmosphere with an overall good group of people.
Cons
I find it odd every time a negative review comes up that 2-3 positive one's follow. From my experience, It seems like a move executive management would make, as many of the good talent has left over the last year. If this company was truly a good place to work, I don't think you would see this clear pattern of a cover up. It's a bummer that things didn't work out for myself and many others at MSDSonline, because it truly used to be a place of great opportunity and culture. Turnover at the director level lead to a complete overhaul. Unfortunately, this was not for the better. There are so many inappropriate things that happen on a day to day basis at this company that I could never encourage anyone (especially a female) to take a job here for fear of embarrassment and sexual harassment. Not to mention that they try and string you along for as long as they can until you want to leave. Then they bombard you with outlandish numbers for what they'll help you make if you stay. Only one word can really describe the company at this point: Desperate.
