Works with your schedule, Weekends off (for some departments), Holidays off, Annual pay raise

Cons

Stacks on a lot of tasks, Little internal communication, departments work against each other, lots of requirements to work overtime due to company errors

I have been working for Vensure for 6 months. The CEO, COO and senior management truly care about everyone at Vensure and their clients. Vensure is one of the fastest growing PEOs in the country and we are investing in top talent. We are recruiting and building the best teams and investing in infrastructure to represent and grow Vensure. There is a very open door policy and management is always open to hearing great ideas from associates. With our growth strategy there is a tremendous amount of growth and opportunity at Vensure. This is a very fun environment and culture.

Pros

Vensure is a growing company so feels secure to work here. Love that our health benefit premiums are paid for us and that we have a good 401K. Great people and great teamwork.

Cons

Used to feel like part of the family but that feeling has diminished due to growth, many unknown faces and more "corporate" policies. Raises not up to par with other companies in this area.

Our family is growing fast! We hope to help everyone stay connected as we continue our monthly celebrations, where we recognize our employees having a birthday and those with work anniversaries. This is the perfect opportunity to visit with friends and co-workers, old and new. We also recently introduced our new intranet where you can get to know the highlighted employees of the month and stay up to date on what’s happening in the company.
