Terrible Culture. They tout a family atmosphere within the company. Sure, if your family is a pack of wolves waiting to attack as soon as you turn your back. Employees are treated like garbage. And there is a definite sense of entitlement amongst those with overinflated titles. Who's going to get the next VP title!? Growth. Simply put, Vensure is growing too fast. They know this. And even with employees voicing our concern they continue to grow at a rapid pace without identifying and analyzing key internal issues. Our clients feel the growth and are constantly being tossed around to different reps. I understand that with growth there are changes, but this kind of growth is dangerous. Poor Customer Service. Besides what I mentioned above, our core client offerings are often incorrect. Thousands upon thousands of incorrect W2s. Taxes? Don't count on Vensure to get it right.

This company does not value its employees—you're just a number, easily replaced and barely acknowledged. Leadership is completely out of touch, disorganized, and reactive rather than proactive. Communication is abysmal, and decisions are made with no regard for the people actually doing the work. Promotions are given out of desperation when people inevitably quit, not because of merit or growth opportunities. The hiring process is unproductive—they bring in unqualified employees simply because they limit hiring to in-office "worker robots" in Chandler and Duluth. Meanwhile, those who do work hard are met with a toxic environment, constant uncertainty, and an utter lack of respect. I've been through multiple rounds of massive layoffs and refuse to stick around to watch the cycle continue. If you value stability, leadership that actually listens, and a workplace that treats you like a human being, do yourself a favor—look elsewhere. The turnover rate alone should tell you everything you need to know.
