      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      They are outsourcing all jobs to India and Philippines. All about bottom line. They are losing clients and customers because of poor service. CEO is more about helping orphans in Africa than his employees.

      Ventra will tell you anything you want to hear.

      Cons

      Ventra will tell you one thing and do another. They won’t think twice about an acquisition followed by layoffs. They send the majority of their work overseas to make more money. It’s a shame!

      Pros

      Nothing, i guess 1 thing would be lack of accountability. No one pays attention to what you’re doing. That’s how the offshore team get away with billing Medicaid patients. Can’t wait until that gets audited.

      Cons

      Everything. No job security. Your job will go overseas and more clients will leave.
