Pros

Remote positions are very helpful in this work environment.

Cons

No priority given to the basics such as quality and integrity. There is no QA of work in any department and the work product that goes out the door to clients is sub par, sloppy and inaccurate.

LOW PAY!

-Working from home was great.

Cons

-Only recieved a $1 pay increase after working here for 4years. -Micromanaged and given an unrealistic assignments/ daily tasks. - I was harrassed by my team lead every other week. When reported to management they did NOTHING! -Discriminated upon by my team lead & manager for taking a lactation break to breastfeeding my newborn baby after returning from my maternity leave. - The colleuges in my dapartment received bonuses and I didn't. Pay roll stated only "certain employees" were given bonuses.
