Benefits and PTO are reasonable. Coworkers at same level are great and helpful. Competitive pay.

Cons

No amount of time worked or dedication given will make executive leadership happy. Radiology was miserable. Expectations unreasonable, there was constant dread of logging in every morning due to the lack of support and training that brought unhealthy toxic executive behavior. Never in my 35 years of my working career have I had the amount of anxiety and unhealthy stress as I did working here. Workflows broken and a complete mess. All peace of mind was lost. What was once a promising future with a growing company, died with the work culture.

Coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

They are outsourcing all jobs to India and Philippines. All about bottom line. They are losing clients and customers because of poor service. CEO is more about helping orphans in Africa than his employees.
