Pros

good people to work with from all walks of life. They wanted to make a great product. Management wants to maximize grams per sq foot at the cost of quality & safety for the workers & the customers.

Cons

HR is only there as an illusion. They have a revolving door of employees & aren't even able to replace the people they lose. Minimizing promotion keeps wages capped. Injuries in the work place aren't addressed unless you bring a doctors note, even though they have about 400 cameras filming everything.

Everything. Management sucks. No proper training given. No consideration for neurodivergent people. Extremely cliquey. Racist, sexist, ableist employees and management.

Only pro is Cheap weed for employees

Cons

They break the law. They will send a state director to tell an entire team that they are replaceable. Managers sleep with employees and those employees get favoritism. Guilty of union busting and forcing employees to work long hours for weeks at a time with no days off. Once they are done with you, they will discard you. Nepotism at its finest and in addition nobody under a corporate role is happy because anybody under corporate is making the actual sacrifice. Avoid this company like the plague
