Very little now unless you like a corporate strangle hold.

Cons

Long hours. No staff (on purpose), can’t allocate merchandise to stores, pretty much set you up for failure every step of the way. When we were MUV it was the total opposite. This used to be the best job in Florida, now I’d have to say it one of the worst.

I've seen them fire incredibly hard working and productive employees that worked there for years over one corporate persons personal issues with them, after said corporate person actively treated them awfully.
