Pros

BCBA-owned and led, so leadership really understands what clinicians need. Small caseloads with strong RBT and admin support make work manageable. Great culture focused on ethical ABA, professional growth, and real impact. Competitive pay, clear bonus opportunities, and strong work-life balance.

Pros

My coworkers and I genuinely care about the work we do.

Cons

Many passionate people work at Verbal Beginnings, yet most are completely worn down and burned out. The hours are punishing and exhausting. Extended shifts are treated as normal, and much of that time goes unpaid or underpaid. This is exactly why staff stays overworked and constantly overwhelmed.
