No merit increases for long periods of time. No communication from management regarding lack of raises each year

Pros

Training is thorough and led by a great team, Lynette & Kang. Its a group class training and they are very patient, making sure everyone is on the same page. Lynette especially has made us feel very welcome and made me feel confident in myself and my skills. Kang is one of the most structured, yet patient leaders I've ever had.

Cons

The starting pay is not much.. I'm hoping for a raise because $15/hr is extremely low for someone with real bills and responsibilities. Also, the only shift available when starting is 9-6. This doesn't really leave much time for doctor's appointments and other important things of that nature.

Long hours - Some shifts can be 18+ Poor Pay - only was getting $15/ Hourly Terrible Management No Communication Daily Routes were all over the place Rude clients no time off no regard for safety was threatened with termination if you had issues no structure whatsoever
