      Pros

      The pros are far and few between. Helping the community get to the doctor is by far the best part of the job. Just knowing that I have help someone get to an appointment that they wouldn’t have been able to get to otherwise make me feel like I’m doing something good for someone. That is the only reason that I have stayed on as long as I have.

      Cons

      No communication! One person will tell you one thing and someone else will tell you another. Management is horrible. Being a driver we are peons and of course crap runs down hill. Drivers are the face and bread makers of the company yet we all get treated like crap. You know in a transportation company if you don’t have drivers you can’t make money!!!

      Training was fun Lots of good people there

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue about anything The people that schedule the transports need a map and a clock, they will assign drivers 3 pickups at the same time, in 3 different towns. Long hours scheduled.
